How do I know if a DLsite work is in English?
Every DLsite product page has a “Supported languages” row, and DLsite’s menu has an “English Works” list. Our English lists only include works DLsite lists as supporting English; our pages for popular works without English say so at the top.
Translations are often sold as a separate product with its own RJ number, so buying the Japanese original does not give you the English edition unless the circle adds English to the same product later. DLsite advises buying a work for what it contains now rather than for a translation that may come.
Translations made through DLsite’s Translators Unite program are checked by DLsite’s native-language staff before sale, though sound effects, handwritten text and some bonus content can stay in Japanese.
What DLsite does not say: What title tags such as “[ENG Ver.]” or “[AI Translation Patch]” mean exactly. DLsite does not define them on any page we read.
